Pepper Schwartz speaks on romantic relationships and sex across the lifespan

Pepper Schwartz, UW professor of sociology, will describe what research tells us about the sex lives of teenagers through older adults in a free public lecture at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, in the UW Club lecture room. Shell also talk about casual and uncommitted sexual relationships, sexuality in marriage and other types of committed relationships.

Schwartz is chief relationship expert for the online dating service Perfectmatch.com. She also is the sex and relationship expert for AARP, and writes their weekly column “The Naked Truth.”

The lecture is first of the 2010-2011 UW Sociology Lecture Series, intended for the general public. Register using “Dec2010.” See more information on the series.
