UW Station: Construction update community meeting set

Sound Transit is hosting a community meeting on Wednesday, April 21 to discuss the latest on the UW station construction. The meeting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in McCurdy Gallery at the Museum of History & Industry.

Yesterday and today, Sound Transit contractors were scheduled to install geotechnical monitors near the intersection of NE Pacific Place and Montlake Boulevard, forcing some temporary crosswalk closures. Further construction that will impact pedestrian and vehicle traffic is scheduled through May 4. For more information, visit www.soundtransit.org/UWstation.
