UW Medicine Salute Harborview Gala set for March 1
The 16th annual UW Medicine Salute Harborview Gala will be held Saturday, March 1, 6 pm, at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. Leonard Hudson, professor of medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, will be presented at that time with the 2008 Mission of Caring Award for his exceptional contributions to the care of critically ill people at Harborview and worldwide. The event, including a reception, dinner, and dancing, will benefit the Mission of Caring Fund, supporting programs for vulnerable populations and uncompensated care.
