South Lake Union shuttle to begin Monday

A new shuttle service, scheduled to begin Monday, July 12, will link UW Medical Center with the developing research hub at South Lake Union. Called the UW-South Lake Union Shuttle, the service will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays with one vehicle making a 35-minute loop.

The first trip will leave the Health Sciences Express stop behind UW Medical Center at 8 a.m. and arrive at the next stop at the Rosen building at 8:17. It will also stop at the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute at 8:19.

Schedules should be available next week at the main UWMC Information Desk and at bus stops. The service is run by UW Property and Transport Services, 206-685-1522.
