Native American Arts part of Burke Family Day

The Burke Museum will hold its annual Family Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16.

The event includes a Native American Arts Celebration that offers a rare opportunity to experience firsthand a variety of traditional Northwest Coast Native crafts. Features include visiting with carvers as they work, taking part in a dynamic storytelling performance, making your own mock-cedar bracelet and doing string games with Bill Holm.

All activities are included with museum admission. For more information, call 206-543-5590, or visit www.burkemuseum.org.
