Getting Help in Nebula

The preferred way to get help is to send email to nebula@u. Create a nickname so you can do this quickly.

Email support is most efficient, because it creates a ticket in our Request Tracker queue, which is monitored by all members of the Nebula Support team. If you cannot use email, you can call the general Nebula support line at 206-221-5000, which is covered during regular support hours (8a-5p PST). You may also contact your primary support person via telephone, using the numbers listed here, but voice mail left at any of these numbers may not be monitored regularly.

Hardware service calls should be handled by Nebula support staff. It's best to use the Nebula Support icon to send a message from the affected computer, if possible, as this provides important information about your computer. Otherwise, you can send email to nebula@u if you have a hardware problem. Include details such as the error message received, the computer name, and when the problem started. Nebula Support works with the Computer Maintenance Group to repair your hardware. For repairs to printers or non-Nebula equipment, you can contact them directly with a budget number, if you wish.
