Email-to-Fax Gateway Service discontinued

As of September 2008, the Nebula "fax-from-desktop" service is no longer available.

Why end the service?

A recent survey of our clients revealed that only a small portion of them use this service. The Nebula fax service was crafted some years ago, when there were few, if any, commercial options. The service ran on old hardware, which began to fail, and didn't have any of the newest functions.

What will replace it?

Many good commercial options for faxing from the desktop are now available, with differing levels of service and cost. Some client departments may need just basic faxing from the desktop; others may wish to also receive faxes, send encrypted faxes, and receive fax notifications via email. Each department will be able to choose the vendor and service plan that is appropriate for its needs. Recent reviews are at:
