John Spitler, PA-C is awarded the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment

The National Health Service Corps loan repayment program awards 50K in return for a 2-year commitment at an approved site. They are doing a pilot program for part-time providers with the same award in return for a 4-year commitment. Find out more about John and the NHSC program!


MEDEX Graduate, Itanna Murphy Seattle Class 38, Volunteers with Love For Haiti

In keeping with her personal mission to go where the need is greatest Itanna and her husband Yosafe Murphy, a respiratory therapist, twice volunteered with the Love For Haiti mission to provide basic health care to families effected by the devastating January 12th earthquake in Port-au-Prince. Itanna and Yosafe are preparing for their third trip to Haiti with other members of the Love For Haiti team. Read more of her story.
