The MEDEX Final Application Deadline is October 1st, 2009!

The final application deadline for submitting both your CASPA and MEDEX supplemental applications is October 1st, 2009. CASPA will begin the application verification process once the application has been submitted and after receiving official transcripts and reference letters. Once they have completed the verification process they will release the application to MEDEX. If your application is not submitted by the application deadline of October 1st, the application will be closed. Please be sure to submit your CASPA application before 9 pm pacific standard time on October 1st.

The CASPA verification process can take up to 5 weeks and we consider the date applicants submitted the application when we look to see if the application deadline has been met. Applications will be considered as part of our applicant pool if the CASPA application was submitted before the final deadline of October 1st. CASPA does not carry applications forward from one cycle to the next. All applicants will be required to complete a new application for the 2009 / 2010 cycle and, all CASPA references and academic transcripts will need to be submitted directly to CASPA.

MEDEX will begin the initial screening and file review process once we receive both the CASPA and MEDEX supplemental applications. 2009 / 2010 MEDEX Northwest Selection Conference:

MEDEX Northwest Interview Selection Conferences are typically held between late October and January each application cycle. Applicants invited to interview will be notified two to three weeks in advance of the Selection Conference Date.
