Apply to MEDEX Applicants can complete and submit CASPA application on or before the final October 1st application deadline to be considered part of the 2012/2013 applicant pool for MEDEX Northwest. CASPA will begin the application verification process once the application has been submitted and after receiving official transcripts and reference letters. Once they have completed the verification process they will release the official, varified application to MEDEX. The CASPA verification process can take up to 5 weeks and we consider the date applicants submitted the application when we look to see if the application deadline has been met. Be sure to check the status of your application with CASPA as the cycle progresses. Applications will be considered as part of our applicant pool if the CASPA application was submitted before the final deadline of October 1st. If you have questions about the CASPA Application, please contact CASPA directly at caspainfo@caspaonline.org. MEDEX will begin the initial screening and file review process once we receive both the CASPA and MEDEX supplemental applications. You can begin the MEDEX Supplemental Application as soon as you have the eleven digit CASPA ID number. REMEMBER: Submit your MEDEX Supplemental Application on or before final application deadline of October 1st.
