Residents

A resident educator should understand and be familiar with the Goals and Objectives of the trainee.

Resident educators are working with medical students as a mentor, instructor, observing and evaluating the student.

Should a concern arise about a student and you do not feel comfortable with addressing the concern, please talk with your medical student site director or other faculty member overseeing the student.
