The Pediatric Chair's actions on new appointments will commence following receipt of a completed application, credentials as evidence of required training and letters of recommendations from your site director, regional office and Academic Affairs office.
Appointments and promotions will be forwarded to the Dean of the School of Medicine following a recommendation letter from the Chair of Pediatrics Department and the favorable action of the Department's Appointments and Promotions Committee for Clinical Faculty.
The Dean will forward the recommendations to the Board of Regents of the University.
New appointments will depend upon existing need in the department for the services of prospective appointees.
If you are not a US Citizen, you are also required to submit the following information:

If you already have a UW Clinical Faculty appointment and do not recall your UWNetID or password, please request your information for accessing the system through your site or other WWAMI office. If there has been a name change, you will need to forward your new updated social security card before your name can be changed in the University system.
