Annual Requirements

There are many ways that you can keep us informed of your participation and keep current your contact information.

Annual renewal letter: Each year you will be sent an annual renewal letter asking about your involvement in the program, there is a list of options to explain how you are involved in the Department of Pediatrics and the teaching mission of WWAMI. It is important that you respond annually or you may be at risk of loosing your appointment in the Department of Pediatrics.

If a clinical faculty member does not respond over three year in a row, they are automatically placed on the deletion list for the Clinical Faculty Promotions Committee to consider for deletion.
