Getting Ready for your Great Falls Peds Rotation

The Pediatric WWAMI Medical Student Program will contact you via email approximately 5-6 weeks prior to the start of your rotation. This email will request that you provide the following information:

• Student Biographical Information (Word doc)
  • Your first, middle and last name are required in order for you to begin your rotation.
  • Please complete this and e-mail it to carla.salldin@seattlechildrens.org
• Please request your Immunizations and forward them to:

• Before arrival in Great Falls:
  If you have questions about the clerkship that need to be answered before you arrive, please contact Paula Shubat (1-406-771-3102, paula.subat@gfclinic.com).
  Dr. Denny Ruggerie is the Site Director in Great Falls.
  Everyone needs their own oto-opthalmoscope and stethoscope. White coats and ties (males) are not necessary, but name tags are required. A pager is provided for you while you are here.
