Leave and Time Reporting System (LTR)

The Department of Pediatrics launched a new Online Leave and Time Reporting System (LTR) at the beginning of April 2011.

Log into the LTR website using UWNet ID and password: www.pathology.washington.edu/ltr/

Follow these instructions to request leave or report time worked. Detailed User Manuals are available on the "help" tab.

If you are using LTR for the first time or have any difficulty accessing the system, please contact Pediatrics HR (PedsHR@uw.edu, 616-4669) for the initial setup or to answer any questions. We will continue to accept the previously used paper forms through the end of April 2011.

LTR Deadlines for Leave Without Pay, Straight/Overtime and Hourly Staff

LTR records for Leave Without Pay, Straight/Overtime and Hourly Staff should be submitted to supervisors by the last day of each pay period (15th of the month & last day of the month.) Supervisors should review and submit them to HR within 1 day of receipt. Delays in submitting LTR records for payroll processing may result in late pay checks, overpayments or underpayments.
