The Web contains a plethora of information on HTML and related topics. You can find information on HTML tag libraries, tutorials, Web design, accessibility issues, Web publishing standards, multimedia use, and other scripting languages like Javascript and CGI. Here are a few sites we recommend.

The Bare Bones Guide to HTML
This is not an introductory guide but an excellent reference to a list of all the common HTML tags, their syntax, and short descriptions of what they do.

A Guide to HTML and CGI Scripts
This site is a great introduction to HTML. The user can type HTML code and then press the test button to see the effect of that code in a browser.

Creating and Publishing Web Pages
