Printing a File
PLEASE NOTE: Online Software Access has been superseded by ViDA. Some of this information may be out of date.
The steps to print a file are unique to each application but most follow the method outlined below.
To print a file, follow these steps:
- With the application open that you want to print from, click File and select Print. A printer dialog box will open.
- Select your local printer and set your preferred printing preferences.
- Click Print. The file will print.
