OSA Maintenance
PLEASE NOTE: Online Software Access has been superseded by ViDA. Some of this information may be out of date.
OSA will be upgraded and maintained on a regular schedule with emergency maintenance as needed. Below is an outline of the OSA pilot maintenance plan.
- Monthly scheduled automatic updates on 1st Saturday of the month at 2am.
- Possible maintenance outages scheduled for Friday afternoons from 1 to 5pm.
- Emergency maintenance will occur as needed. Users will be notified if possible.
Users will be warned with a popup messages starting a half hour before the scheduled maintenance begins. Save your work often to avoid possible data loss.
