Opening an Application in OSA
PLEASE NOTE: Online Software Access has been superseded by ViDA. Some of this information may be out of date.
Opening an application with OSA is similar to opening an application from your desktop except that you have to give permission for the OSA server to access your hard drive.
To open an application, follow these steps:
- Log on to OSA.
- Roll your cursor over the icon of the application you want to open. The application will be highlighted and the cursor will change shape.
- Click the icon of the application you want to open. The OSA software will load and a dialog box will appear labeled "Client File Security."
- Click Full Access and Never ask me again. Click OK. The application will open and you can begin working.

In order for OSA to function properly, you must give LST's server "full access" to your computer's hard drive. Any virus or malware that attacks and compromises the OSA server may also damage your system. LST is diligent about keeping its systems updated. Be sure to keep your computer's malware protection up-to-date.
