PLEASE NOTE: Online Software Access has been superseded by ViDA. Some of this information may be out of date.
Many error messages you may encounter when using OSA are an indication that the system is overloaded. If you encounter an error message, wait a few minutes and try again. If you encounter a consistent problem, please review the help documentation for assistance and if needed, contact us at lsthelp@uw.edu.
