Client/User Engagement Team

The Client/User Engagement (CUE) team was created in order to give you a voice in our development process. By joining a CUE team, you can help design Catalyst Web Tools and Technology Spaces that better meet your needs. Read how CUE members are integrated into the development process.

To take part in the CUE team of your preference (or both), please complete the following brief questionnaire.

• I want to join the Catalyst Tools CUE team. The Catalyst Web Tools include GradeBook, CommonView, WebQ, Collect It, GoPost, and more.
• I want to join the Technology Spaces CUE team. The Technology Spaces include computer labs, collaboration studios, audio/video editing facilities, and more.

Once you have signed up, you will receive one to three emails a quarter. These may include:

• A quarterly survey
• Invitations to participate in focus groups and/or interviews
• A biannual newsletter, keeping you updated on CUE activities

As a CUE member, you will be asked to volunteer once or twice a year as a participant in surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups; the estimated total time commitment is about two to three hours per academic year.

Your time and privacy will be respected and the information you provide will be kept confidential.
