Winter 2013 Learning Communities

This coming quarter, the Center for Teaching and Learning is offering three different kinds of Learning Communities for faculty members, graduate instructors, and staff educators:

Faculty and Professional Learning Communities

(capped at 12 each)

• Engaging Students in Larger Classes
• Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:30am
• Flipping the Classroom (four different sections)
• Mondays,  9:30 – 10:45am
• Tuesdays, 1 – 2pm
• Wednesdays 10 – 11am
• Fridays, 12:30 – 1:30pm

• Service Learning in Study Abroad
• Mondays, 3 – 4:30pm

Interactive Theatre as Pedagogy Project

(capped at 15)

Teaching Circles

(capped at 3-5 each)
