UW-IT Online Portfolio Solution

The recently discontinued portfolio tools will soon be replaced with an E-Portfolio solution that integrates Catalyst CommonView and Google Sites, part of the UW Google Apps suite.

The new tool will have the following features:

• Adding a Google site "assignment" to a CommonView workspace, including a description and link to example site.
• Allowing participants to copy an example site to their own Google site account.
• Sharing completed portfolios with instructors and other workspace participants, including members of a class list.
  
• Setting a deadline for sites to be submitted, and indicating late submissions.
