All New "Your Groups" Features
Improvements have been made to how groups are created and managed in Catalyst tools. Groups are lists of people with UW NetIDs or ProtectNetwork IDs that are used to control access to your Catalyst Web Tools. This upgrade replaces the previous Group Manager tool with a much more integrated and easy-to-use approach to creating and managing your groups, both on your account page and within individual tools.
Updates to Groups functionality include the following:
Your Groups Tab on the Account Page
Create and modify groups from your account page, using the Your Groups Tab. Add members to groups by searching for classmates or colleagues by name.
Group Chooser within Individual Tools
Create and edit groups on the fly within the tool menu. Access and manage groups and class lists using the group chooser within individual tool menus.
