• Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 7, 8, 9
• Mozilla Firefox 4+ with Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin
• Google Chrome 10+ with Windows Media Player HTML5 Chrome Plugin

On PCs, downloaded recordings only play back in Internet Explorer.
The Tegrity Downloads App will automatically launch Internet Explorer.

• 64-bit OS: 10.6 (Snow Leopard), 10.7 (Lion), 10.8 (Mountain Lion)

• Intel-based: Silverlight 3 or higher Download Silverlight for Mac
• PowerPC-based: Silverlight 1

On Macs, downloaded recordings can play back in Safari or Firefox.
