Browser Settings

Information about browser settings can be found in the following help articles:

Tegrity does not officially support development or beta versions of browsers. However, like most cloud services, Tegrity typically works well on the beta versions of browsers.

For browsers with a rapid development cycles that tend to accumulate only minor changes, such as Firefox and Chrome, Tegrity strives to officially support the browser with a maintenance update on the day that it is released from beta or soon afterward. For browsers with slower development cycles with more significant changes, such as Internet Explorer and Safari, Tegrity typically adds official support for the newer browser version as part of our Summer and Winter service updates.

The Tegrity Compatibility Guide offers more information on computer system requirements, supported browsers, and audio/video peripherals that you can use to create Tegrity recordings.
