If you have downloaded a recording, but cannot view it in Internet Explorer and receive a message about a DRM Error, follow these steps to correct the issue.

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to Settings. In the upper right corner, click the button with the gear icon.
  2. Click Manage add-ons.
  3. Navigate to Tegrity DRMActiveXControl Class, then choose disable, and then click More information.
  4. In the lower left corner, click More information, and then select remove.
  5. Download the recording again and open it with Internet Explorer.
