Fix DRM error in Internet Explorer
If you have downloaded a recording, but cannot view it in Internet Explorer and receive a message about a DRM Error, follow these steps to correct the issue.
- In Internet Explorer, go to Settings. In the upper right corner, click the button with the gear icon.
- Click Manage add-ons.
- Navigate to Tegrity DRMActiveXControl Class, then choose disable, and then click More information.
- In the lower left corner, click More information, and then select remove.
- Download the recording again and open it with Internet Explorer.
