View the Member List

You can view the members that have permission to access a shared space, including members that may or may not have uploaded any files. Note: You can only see a member list if permitted by the space owner.

To view the member list, follow these steps:

1. Access the shared space for which you want to view the member list.
2. Click Members in the global navigation area in the upper right. You will move to the "Members" page that displays a list of members and email addresses (if provided).
3. To sort the member list, click Name, Files shared, or Last visit to sort by these columns.
4. Click the up arrow or down arrow next to column headings to reverse the sort.
