View Version History

You can view a history of all the file versions uploaded to the shared space for a specific file. The version history also displays any comments made on each file version. To view the version history, follow these steps:

1. Access the shared space, and locate the file for which you want to view version history.
2. Click the file once to open the context menu, and then select View details. You will move to the file details page.
3. Under "Version History" click Show. This will display the version history for the file.
4. If you want to close the version history, click Hide.
