To copy a folder and its contents, follow these steps:

  1. On the File Manager home page, click on the file system you want to use. You will move into the file tree view of that system.
  2. Navigate to the folder that you want to copy. Click the folder to open the flyout menu and click Copy. A form will appear containing a default name for the copied folder. Note: You cannot copy the WebFiles root folder.
  3. If you are already in the folder contents view, you can click moveCopy in the folder panel (the gray box at the top of the page) to copy the folder and its contents.
  4. Enter a name for the copied folder in the space provided. You may use letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, and hyphens in file names. Do not use special characters or symbols.
  5. Click Save to copy the folder and its contents. If you do not want to copy the folder, click Cancel.
