Wireless Connectivity

Where is wireless service available?

Currently, wireless service is available in several locations on UW campuses, including:

  • On all floors of Mary Gates Hall
  • On all floors of Odegaard Undergraduate Library
  • In select areas of Suzzallo & Allen Libraries
  • In Health Sciences Library
  • In William H. Gates Hall
  • In Balmer Hall
  • In room 130 of Kane Hall
  • In the UW Bothell campus Library
  • In the UW Tacoma campus Library

At times, you may be using your wireless connection in the same area as a general-access computing lab, but lab resources (e.g., printers) generally are NOT accessible through wireless connections.

Other wireless networks are operated by individual departments. Check with departmental computer support staff for more information.
