Yet More Effects
COMP-01 Compressor

This effect compresses the wave to make audio levels become more even and give more power and sustain. Ratio reduces the amount of gain reduction applied. Threshold chooses which signals are affected; attack is how quickly the compressor will apply the effect. Release is how quickly the compressor allows the signals below the threshold to come through cleanly.
PEQ-2 Two Band Parametric EQ

This is an equalizer which gives you more control over the tone coloring. You can manipulate the frequencies and set a width of the EQ with the "Q" setting. Gain is how much gain is given or taken from the signal.
Next we will discuss how to automate within Reason.
