The following UW resources provide some support for streaming media projects.
UW
Information Technology
UW Information Technology can help troubleshoot problems delivering
streaming media, particularly with regard to your streaming
media directory and corresponding streaming media servers.

Catalyst
Workshops
The CTLT serves faculty, staff, and instructors at no cost.
Drop by for one-to-one consultation on shooting, capturing,
editing, and encoding streaming media; hardware and software
is available on a first come, first served basis. Support is
also available online at catalyst.washington.edu
UWTV
Production
UWTV Production offers Internet video encoding services as
well as video production and editing.
Locke
Computer Center
The Locke Computer Center, located in Health Sciences Bldg
Room T-271, provides resources for shooting, capturing,
editing, encoding streaming media, all for $12/day or
$36/month.
CARTAH
CARTAH is a project based lab serving the arts and
humanities, with an extensive array of digital video editing
tools available to students and faculty.
EDGE
College of Engineering's UW/EDGE Program offers video
capture, editing, encoding, and hosting services. Productions
may originate from one of the EDGE studio classrooms or other
locations on- or off-campus. For more information, contact
