Installing MediaWiki
MediaWiki is the wiki software developed for and by Wikipedia. (requires MySQL)
Installing PmWiki
PmWiki is a wiki written in PHP focusing on simplicity and extensibility.
These are not the only wikis. There are many many more, and many of them will likely work on your UW web page. You can compare some of them on WikiMatrix.
