Headsets and Adapters for UW Phone Systems

Use the information on this page to identify your telephone equipment and obtain wireless and corded headsets and adapters for your UW phones. These guidelines are based on testing done by the UW Information Technology Service Center and feedback from our customers.

  1. If you know your UW telephone type and model, click on the name below.
  2. If not, scroll through the list of UW Telephone Type / Models to locate an image of your telephone with headset equipment and operation notes.
  3. View the equipment recommendations and steps necessary to operate headsets with these models in the UW phone system. Recommendations are provided for wireless headsets for Avaya telephones in the 2400, 4600, 6400, and 8400 series and for corded headsets in all models.
