Set Up Notification

You can choose to receive email notification about activity in a shared space. You can control how often notification will be sent, where you would like it to be sent, and when it is sent, for example when a file is shared.

To set up notification, follow these steps:

  1. StepsActions
  2. Access the shared space for which you want to receive notification.
  3. Click Notification in the global navigation at the top of the
    page. You will move to the "Notification" page.
  4. Select how often you would like to receive notification of changes in this shared space.
  5. Select an email address at which you want to receive notification. You can use the email address associated with your Catalyst account, or choose to enter a different email address for notification from this shared space.
  6. Select the events about which you want to receive notification.
  7. Click Save to save your notification settings, or click Cancel to discard them.
