Background

Chris is a firm believer in the Exercise is Medicine® (EIM) movement.  EIM encourages health care providers to include exercise when designing treatment plans for patients.  This initiative was created and promoted by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the largest sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world.  Chris’s goal follows this idea of helping people improve their overall health through physical activity and exercise.  He wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to that philosophy, he utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout for his clients.  He looks forward to helping others achieve optimal performance, whether for work or play, along with a greater sense of well-being, leading to a healthier lifestyle.

He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising or playing sports, traveling and playing guitar.
