Get your fix of mindfulness either through our Mindfulness Pass (formally UW Mindfulness Project, a program started by students to increase awareness and tools in coping with the growing mental health crisis facing college students), which gives access to unlimited weekly mindfulness classes throughout campus (HUB, Ethnic Cultural Center, Hutchinson Hall, Hillel, Intellectual House, Startup Hall located in Condon Hall, Electrical Engineering Building, and Hall Health), or through Mind/Body programming at the IMA.
