The 140th Annual Ceremonies | June 13, 2015 at Husky Stadium

Special Needs – Wheelchair

The Wheelchair Seating Diagram (PDF) shows the location of the various wheelchair seating sections. Each wheelchair seat comes with one attendant seat. Attendants will be seated in chairs next to the wheelchair guest. The physical structure of these seating sections will allow only one attendant per wheelchair guest. No other options (e.g., 2 wheelchair and 1 attendant, or two attendants and one wheelchair) are available.

Wheelchair spaces do not automatically come with an attendant so if an attendant is accompanying your disabled guest you will need to order a ticket for them as well.  A maximum of 2 wheelchair and 2 attendant tickets may be ordered for the Field or Main (100) Level. A maximum of 4 wheelchair and 4 attendant tickets may be ordered for the Upper (300) Level.

Please Note: The University is not able to provide wheelchairs for the ceremony.

  • For wheelchair seating at the Field (entry) Level (red on the diagram) it is possible to order up to two wheelchair seats and two attendants, per student. At this level seats will be reserved by individual numbered section (130, 132, 134, 136, or 138).
  • At the Main (100) Level (blue on the diagram) it is possible to order up to two wheelchair seats (+ two attendants). At this level seats will be reserved by the larger General Section – West Section, East Section, or South Section. Upon arriving, those who have reserved seats in these sections will be directed to the closest available seats in that General Section.
  • At the Upper (300) Level (green on the diagram), students may order from one to four wheelchair spots (+ 1 – 4 attendants). At this level wheelchair spaces will be reserved by the larger General Section – West Section, East Section, or South Section. Upon arriving, those who have reserved seats in these sections will be directed to the closest available seats in that General Section.
