Promise for the future

The UW believes finances shouldn’t be a barrier to a world-class education. That’s why we created the Husky Promise — our guarantee to cover full tuition and standard fees for eligible students.

The Husky Promise was created to reach the many academically qualified, talented high school students in Washington state for whom college seems a financial impossibility. Many of these students do not apply to college because they believe they cannot afford the tuition.
