However, if you are interested in attending the convocation you may pick up complimentary tickets at the will call booth in front of Hec Edmundson Pavilion this Sunday morning, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Parking in the E-1 lot is still available. Print out the E-1 parking pass and put it on your dashboard.

Freshman Convocation Tickets
Tickets to Freshman Convocation are complimentary. Entering freshmen and their friends and families will be given first priority in ordering tickets through September 1. After that date, ticketing will be expanded (via email invitations) to include the general UW community and tickets for everyone will be available on a first come, first served, basis.
Entering students receive an invitation to the convocation from President Michael K. Young in early August. The invitation contains an event code that allows them and their families to order complimentary tickets online via the link above. Students can order one student ticket for themselves and up to 4 guest tickets for friends and family.
Tickets for disability sections are also available. Seating is general admission. Purses and other personal items may be inspected upon entry.
President’s Picnic Tickets

Tickets to the picnic are $20.00 for adults, $18.00 for students, and $10.00 for children 12 and under. (Incoming students will need tickets.) They may be ordered via the Online Ticket Order Form above. View this year’s President’s Picnic menu.
