How need is determined

There is no “income cutoff” or other simple method of determining whether you will qualify for need-based financial aid. If you think you need help paying for college, we encourage you to apply.

Expected family contribution

All college students are expected to contribute towards their education costs. How much you and your family will be expected to contribute depends on your financial situation — your Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
