H.R. 459: A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to promote innovation, investment and research in the United States, to eliminate the diversity immigrant program. This would allocate 55,000 visas per year for foreign students receiving advanced degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
