Council Chair Leslie Breitner, teaches the Evans School’s Master of Public Administration core budgeting and financial management course, performance management, and nonprofit financial management. Breitner is the current faculty director of the Cascade Center where she teaches courses in financial statement analysis, financial management, and performance management. Evans School Teacher of the Year Award; Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.
