Position Description:
Under general supervision, this position assists with preparation for Basketball operations. This position reports directly to the Parking Supervisor 3.
Duties:
Prepare, compile and distribute special parking permits.
Develop electronic maps and .pdf files to accompany parking permits.
Answer telephones and provide information about season parking passes and parking permits.
Perform other general clerical duties including data entry and review, mailing, and filing paperwork in multiple filing systems.
Perform miscellaneous related duties, as needed
