Roadside Assistance


Please follow the procedures below so we can help you get back on the road as soon as possible:

If a vehicle breakdown occurs during Fleet Services business hours Fleet Services will coordinate alternative transportation and vehicle towing.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Contact Fleet Services Operations at 206-685-1564

If a vehicle breakdown occurs after business hours:

Daily Rentals and hourly UCAR Rentals:

  1. Contact NAC Fleet Rescue 1-800-356-9316. NAC will transport you and the vehicle to the nearest dealer or the Fleet Services which ever is closest. Please see the information packet in the vehicle glove box for NAC Fleet Rescue brochure for the necessary information you must have before calling NAC.
  2. If the dealership or maintenance shop is unable to fix the vehicle in time to meet your schedule, contact any of our contract rental agencies for alternative transportation. Please inform the rental agency of Fleet Services' contract account number. * Contact Fleet Services to obtain our contract numbers with the agencies below.

    • Enterprise, 1800 Rent-A-Car

    If you are unsuccessful with obtaining alternative transportation with the rental agencies listed above, please coordinate the safest travel alternative for yourself. Keep all receipts.

  3. Inform the Fleet Services Maintenance Shop of the vehicle breakdown as soon as possible. All repairs must be authorized through the Fleet Services Maintenance Shop. Please call during business hours listed above.

Assigned Vehicles:

If the assigned vehicle breaks down on campus or in the Seattle Area:

  1. Move the vehicle to a safe location and call the Fleet Services Maintenace Shop during business hours.
  2. If the vehicle is not in a safe location or unable to be moved and you can not reach the Fleet Services Maintenance Shop, call Day N NiteTowing at 206-633-5400 and have the vehicle towed to the Fleet Services Shop at 4659 25th Ave NE, Seattle Wa 98105.

If the assigned vehicle breaks down while you are out of the Seattle area:
