Enterprise Truck Rates

Fleet Services contract with Croft Truck rentals ended July 31 2009. Effective August 1 2009-November 30 2009 Fleet Services will use Enterprise Truck Rentals for large utility vehicle requests. Fleet Services will be using Enterprise Truck Rentals in the interim until a new truck rental contract is awarded.

• Additional 9.5% sales tax will be charged
• Additional fuel costs will be charged at current fuel prices based on fuel gallons used. Comdata fuel credit cards may be requested from Fleet Services for refueling trucks
• Enterprise Truck Rentals will charge a fee for refueling at a higher cost per gallon rate than commercial fuel stations however trucks rented through Fleet Services will receive a 25% discount on this refueling fee
• Unlimited mileage when traveling in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties
• Enterprise Truck Rentals charges $.15 PER MILE if the vehicle travels outside King,
  Pierce and Snohomish counties
• DELIVERY CRITERIA: No fee will be charged for delivery of vehicles provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance of a reservation. Any reservations made within 48 hours will have deliveries subject to availability and will incur a $25 fee.

Rates include: Damage waiver, supplemental liability protection, and licensing fees
