UCARs at the Tower

Fleet Services is happy to report that the UW Tower construction is complete.
UCARs will be moved back from the B Garage to their original stalls on Level 4E in A Garage on Friday October 9. The UCAR stalls are located to the left of the Key Manager. Reminders of the change will be posted at this location. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Reservation Number vs. Key Manger Access Code
Fleet Services now includes the UCAR reservation number in the UCAR confirmation email. The reservation number corresponds to the Fleet Services confirmation number in the monthly billing.
Please note: the reservation number is different from the Key Manager access code – which is the code customers enter into the Key Manager. All Key Manager access codes are preceded by the letter C.
The reservation emails list the reservation number first and the Key Manager access code second.
