U-PASS Replacement: Employees and Affiliates

If your Husky Card and U-PASS sticker have been lost or stolen, the first step is to replace your Husky Card at the ID Center, located on the lower level of Odegaard Undergraduate Library.

Then come to Commuter Services with your new card to replace your U-PASS sticker. Cash or check replacement fees are as follows:

First replacement:

• Quarterly—$50.
• Annual—$50 for the first quarter and $40 for each additional quarter the pass remains valid.

Second replacement:

• Quarterly—$70. There is a maximum of two replacements per quarter.
• Annual—$70 for the first quarter and $60 for each additional quarter the pass remains valid. Maximum of two replacements allowed between July 1 and June 30 of the following year.

UW FlexPass Replacement: Employees (temporary/hourly)

Come to the Commuter Services office to certify that the quarterly FlexPass has been lost or stolen. Pay the $50 cash or check fee to obtain a replacement.
