Parking Card Permit

The Parking Card permit process starts with a request by the paying department to the Commuter Services Sales and Administration Office. Once the card has been issued the actual permit is generated at a campus gate house each time a Parking Card is presented. The cost is Daily or Night rate depending upon time of entry.

Privileges include:

• Parking for a specific lot and/or space assigned from a campus gatehouse
• Loading/unloading in marked load zones for the posted time limit
• Commercial license plates are required for “Truck Load Only” spaces
• In/Out rights to the assigned area / space without having to purchase another permit

Limitations include:

• Expire at 7:30 AM the following morning
• Non-transferable to any other vehicle or person.
• May only be used by the person whose name appears on the credit card
• May only be used for departmentally sponsored business
