May is Bike to Campus Month

Get ready to bike to campus in May for national Bike to Work Month. Sign up for the Group Health Commute Challenge by visiting the Event Web site and join in the fun! Commuter Services and U-PASS will be sponsoring tons of great events throughout May to help prepare you for your ride and to celebrate our UW cyclists.

Ride in the Rain

For the last eight years, fair weather or foul, faculty, staff and students have bicycled to campus in the annual Ride in the Rain Challenge. Participation in the last challenge topped 1,000. Many bike commuters join teams, others compete as solo riders. Awards are given for Most Commute Trips, Most Rides in the Rain, Most New Riders, and Most Commute Miles. Potential new bike commuter? All levels and abilities are welcome.

Ride in the Rain 2012 starts on November 1.
